Custom AI Integration / The IMC Machine

The Three AIs You Already Trust, Wired Into Your Business And Your Next Event.

OpenAI’s ChatGPT, Anthropic’s Claude, and Google’s Gemini, reached through their official APIs, orchestrated together in one pipeline, and pointed at the event you are about to produce in The Creative Studio. Not a black box you have to take on faith. The models you already use, running in parallel, with a citation trail on every fact they return.

Official Provider APIs Schema-Constrained Outputs Per-Field Provenance Three-Model Consensus

01 Named Models, Not A Black Box

Most AI Products Hand You One Opaque Model. We Orchestrate Three You Can Audit.

A typical AI feature wraps a single model and asks for your trust. Our integration does the opposite. It calls OpenAI’s ChatGPT, Anthropic’s Claude, and Google’s Gemini through their own first-party APIs, runs all three against the same grounded prompt, and reconciles the answers into one record where every field is stamped with the model that produced it. You are not betting on one vendor’s weather. You are reading three independent answers to the same question, with the disagreements made visible instead of hidden.

02 The Pipeline

One Event Prompt In. A Grounded, Reconciled, Cited Record Out.

Here is the path a single request travels, end to end. No step is skipped, and every step leaves a trace you can inspect afterward.

Step 01 / Grounding

Retrieval Before Generation.

Before a single token is generated, the orchestrator runs a multi-query web search pass and pulls from your connected sources. The hits are assembled into a search context, so the models reason over current, attributable material instead of stale training memory. This is retrieval-augmented generation, run first, not bolted on at the end.

Step 02 / Fan-Out

The Same Schema To All Three, In Parallel.

The grounded prompt and a strict JSON Schema go to all three providers at once. ChatGPT answers through the OpenAI Responses API, Claude answers through Anthropic tool-use, Gemini answers through the Google API. Each returns structured data validated against the schema, not free prose. Parallel fan-out means three reads cost roughly the wall-clock time of one.

Step 03 / Reconcile

A Deterministic Merge, Not A Vote You Cannot See.

The three structured responses union-merge into one canonical record. Every field carries provenance: which model produced this value. Where the models agree, the field is marked high confidence. Where only one model produced a value, it is flagged for review. Nothing is silently averaged into mush.

Step 04 / Consensus

For Anything That Matters, All Three Must Agree.

Routine campaign copy ships on the merged record. Court-bound documents and other high-stakes outputs require three-model consensus: the value stands only when ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini converge on it. The citation ledger records who said what, so the output stays auditable long after it is produced.

03 The Integration Surface

First-Party APIs On One Side. Your Systems On The Other.

A custom integration connects the model layer above to the systems your business already runs on. The contract on both sides is explicit and inspectable.

Model Side

Official APIs, Structured Outputs.

OpenAI Responses API, Anthropic Messages with tool-use, and Google Gemini. No scraping, no unofficial wrappers. Outputs are constrained by JSON Schema and validated on arrival. Model-capability routing handles the differences between providers, from temperature support to token ceilings to modality, so every call uses the right parameters for the right model and degrades gracefully if one is unavailable.

System Side

OAuth Connectors, Webhooks, Idempotent Writes.

We connect the tools you live in: Google Drive, your calendar, ticketing, and transactional email. Connectors are OAuth-scoped, inbound events arrive over webhooks, and writes are idempotent, so a retried request never doubles your data. A custom engagement can be scoped to your own provider accounts, your own keys, and your own data boundaries.

04 Why Three Models

The Redundancy Is The Feature.

Three reasons we run all three, every time, instead of picking a favorite.

What Three Buys You

  • No single-vendor lock-in. When one provider changes a model, rate-limits a key, or has an outage, the pipeline routes around it and keeps producing.
  • Strength where it counts. Each model is strongest at different work. Reading all three lets the merge keep the best of each instead of settling for one house voice.
  • An audit trail you can defend. Provenance on every field and consensus on every high-stakes output is the difference between a draft and a document you can stand behind. On the legal side, that distinction is the entire point.

05 Inside The Creative Studio

The Point Of All Of This Is The Event.

You open The Creative Studio and start an event from the five Ws: who, what, where, when, and why. The integration grounds that event, runs it across the three models, reconciles the reads, and fills the canonical event record. From that one record, The Creative Studio drafts the press release, the press page, the social set, and the calendar copy. Change the event once and every output updates with it, because every output reads from the same record the three models built. The AI you already trust is not a sidebar feature. It is the thing that writes the first draft of your campaign, and then shows its work.
