About The IMC Machine
Built From The Work People Were Already Carrying.
The IMC Machine is a human governed live event intelligence platform built by Good Creative Media. It helps small organizations plan, capture, understand, create from, approve, and preserve consequential events while keeping people, sources, and responsibility in control.
The Origin
The Same Need Appeared In Very Different Rooms.
In music, theater, education, and public arts work, the people closest to a performance were expected to plan the room, run the program, capture it, explain it, promote it, publish it, and preserve it. In indigent criminal defense, consequential recorded events arrived as video, audio, photographs, reports, and large discovery productions that still required patient human review.
The work looked different. The operating need was the same: preserve the event, connect the sources, assist the review, create the next useful work, require human approval, and leave a dependable record behind.
The Education Behind The Architecture
Editing, Systems, Media, Technology, And Communication Belong In The Same Room.
Julie Good holds a master’s degree in technical communication, a bachelor’s degree in communication with a focus in technology, and an associate’s degree in radio, television, and film.
Master’s Degree
Technical Communication
Technical communication brings editing, information architecture, systems thinking, usability, evidence, and the discipline of making complex work understandable without making it simplistic.
Bachelor’s Degree
Communication With A Focus In Technology
This work joins human communication to the tools, networks, media, and technical choices through which people now organize and share consequential work.
Associate’s Degree
Radio, Television, And Film
Media production teaches attention to image, sound, timing, sequence, performance, and the practical truth that a recorded event must be captured well before it can be understood well.
Those degrees meet a wider working life in strategic communication, public arts administration, community college teaching, music, theater, collaboration with San Antonio peers, and support for indigent criminal defense. The IMC Machine is the place where those disciplines stop behaving like separate departments.

Who It Is For
Serious Work Does Not Become Less Serious Because The Team Is Small.
Creators And Cultural Organizations
Musicians, theaters, youth orchestras, festivals, presenters, podcasters, venues, educators, and community programs.
Small Organizations And Independent Producers
People who need professional media, marketing, production, and follow through without an enterprise department.
Public Interest Legal Teams
Especially indigent criminal defense professionals and investigators responsible for understanding a recorded event in time to act.
Human Governance
AI Can Carry Workload. It Cannot Carry Responsibility.
AI assisted research, transcription, organization, comparison, and drafting remain proposals until an authorized person reviews them. Source material stays distinguishable from model output. Creators approve what becomes public. Attorneys control legal conclusions, client advice, signatures, strategy, and filing.
