I certify that the professional credential information I provided is true, current, and belongs to me or to the legal business I am authorized to represent. I understand Good Creative Media may verify my license status before activating The Evidence Orchestrator or The Dismissal Engine, and may decline, pause, cancel, or refund access if my credentials cannot be verified or stop being in good standing. I understand The IMC Machine supports professional review. It does not practice law, make legal decisions, file documents, publish, send, or distribute anything until the qualified subscriber approves. I understand each credentialed attorney or private investigator may run up to seven matters or investigations per week unless Good Creative Media agrees otherwise in writing. I certify that every matter or investigation submitted through this account is under the responsibility of the credentialed attorney of record, lead attorney, responsible supervising attorney, licensed private investigator, or licensed investigations company listed on this account. I will not share this account as a pooled account for unaffiliated attorneys, private investigators, firms, friends, or outside matters. Second-chair attorneys, paralegals, researchers, and staff may use the software only as allowed by law under direct supervision of the credentialed professional responsible for the matter.

Manual verification uses the State Bar of Texas public attorney records and Texas DPS Private Security or TOPS license records. Subscription purchase does not guarantee activation.
