Sales, onboarding and technical support
Get to the right kind of help.
Ask Buddy from any page, book a working walkthrough, email technical support, or request a written scope. Private client material stays out of public chat and email.

Choose the route
Four clear ways forward.
Product questions, technical issues, scheduled support, and commercial scope are different conversations. Choose the lane that matches what you need today.
Find the right product
Ask Buddy to compare systems, explain public pricing, or recommend a starting point.
Report a technical issue
Send what you tried, what happened, and what you expected. Do not include passwords or confidential evidence.
Book support time
Schedule a working walkthrough for onboarding, account questions, or a problem that is easier to show.
Discuss scope or billing
Request a written scope when the work, price, deposit, tax treatment, or responsibility needs confirmation.
A useful support request
Bring the expected result and the point of failure.
That lets support separate an account problem, missing input, configuration issue, permissions gap, or product bug without making you repeat the story.
- The page or product you were using.
- What you tried, what happened, and what you expected.
- A safe screenshot with confidential information removed.
- No passwords, privileged evidence, private client records, or payment-card data.

Common questions
Answers before you have to ask.
Public guidance stays clear about pricing, approval, service territory, and the written terms that control each engagement.
How do I get started?
Compare current starting prices, browse the catalog, or ask Buddy to match the platform to your real workflow. Larger engagements begin with a written scope.
When does billing start?
Billing begins only under the checkout or written terms presented for the engagement. Setup is due before onboarding when the selected platform tier includes a setup fee.
What controls refunds and cancellation?
The checkout terms, signed scope, and current client agreement control the engagement. Review those terms before payment and ask when anything is unclear.
Which AI does the work?
Supported AI systems may draft, classify, compare, or organize. A named person remains responsible for review and approval; AI output is not treated as an approved release by itself.
Where is field production available?
Software and licensed workflows can travel. Public residential field production is currently limited to San Antonio and New Braunfels, Bexar and Comal Counties.
How do I reach a person?
Email info@imcmachine.com or book a working session. Buddy can also route the conversation to sales, appointments, onboarding, or technical help.
