Planning and delivery

The delivery target is the same week. Before acceptance, the order confirms the date, location, access, schedule, priority moments, travel, file-delivery method, and intended use. The final image count depends on the event and is not implied.

What is not promised

Venue access, attendee cooperation, weather, lighting, and unplanned schedule changes affect coverage. Printing, travel outside the accepted area, extensive retouching, commercial resale rights, and additional hours require a separate written scope.

How the engagement begins: Checkout requests the date. Good Creative Media confirms availability and the written coverage plan before the booking is accepted; if the date cannot be accommodated, the payment is refunded in full.

How Engagements Begin: Checkout places your deposit and reserves a place on the Good Creative Media production calendar. The studio reviews and accepts each project before work begins. When the calendar holds room for your project, your deposit applies in full to the project balance. When the calendar is full, your deposit is refunded in full.
