Good listing photography lets the eye understand the home without stretching the rooms or polishing away their character. We size the session to the property, plan the route, light the rooms, and edit a truthful visual account.

What We Prepare

• We provide the room, exterior, access, and preparation checklist.
• We plan the interior and exterior photograph sequence.
• We light and photograph the scheduled spaces.
• We select, color-correct, and finish the listing photographs.
• You choose the required Home Size at checkout.

Why This Service Fits

The camera follows the way a buyer would understand the house: arrival, principal rooms, circulation, private rooms, outdoor space, and setting. The bedroom tiers reserve the preparation, capture, and editing time appropriate to that scale.

• 3 Bedrooms: $4,500
• 4 Bedrooms: $6,000
• 5+ Bedrooms or 4,000+ sq. ft.: $9,000

The Investment

Services begin at 1,500 dollars. Checkout collects the 1,500 dollar deposit toward the written scope for your home size, which states the total and any remaining balance. A professional photographer plans, lights, and finishes your approved images, or you upload your own photographs free in the app. Taxes, permits, approved third party costs, and travel beyond the published territory are separate when applicable.

• You supply accurate property facts and confirm your authority to market, photograph, film, and publish the property and every person shown.
• Good Creative Media provides property marketing and media production. We do not provide brokerage, MLS entry, appraisal, inspection, survey, title, legal, permitting, property-management, lease-drafting, or tenant-screening services.
• You or your broker approve every public claim. Fair Housing requirements, platform rules, and applicable law govern the finished campaign. No sale, lease, booking, showing, inquiry, reach, click, price, or time on market is guaranteed.

Engagements: Checkout places a refundable deposit. The studio accepts each project before work begins; your deposit applies to the project in full, or returns to you in full when the calendar is full.
