The Investment
Services begin at 6,000 dollars. Checkout collects the 6,000 dollar deposit toward the written scope, which states the total and any remaining balance. A licensed pilot flies the session, and Good Creative Media reviews airspace and weather before the flight. Taxes, permits, separately approved third party costs, additions to the work, and travel beyond the published territory are separate when applicable.
Good Work Begins With Good Information
- You supply accurate property facts and confirm your authority to market, photograph, film, and publish the property and every person shown.
- Good Creative Media provides property marketing and media production. We do not provide brokerage, MLS entry, appraisal, inspection, survey, title, legal, permitting, property-management, lease-drafting, or tenant-screening services.
- You or your broker approve every public claim. Fair Housing requirements, platform rules, and applicable law govern the finished campaign. No sale, lease, booking, showing, inquiry, reach, click, price, or time on market is guaranteed.
- Flights occur only when pilot authorization, airspace, weather, people, animals, and site conditions permit. A no-flight condition is rescheduled or handled under the signed service terms.
