AI, accuracy, and how errors are handled
The IMC Machine uses generative artificial intelligence across the platform, and generative AI can make mistakes. Anything the platform drafts is a proposal for human review, not a finished product, and the account holder is responsible for checking every output before it is used, sent, or published. Nothing the platform produces goes anywhere until a person has reviewed and approved it.
When an error is identified, we correct the affected work and issue any follow-up the situation calls for. Where the work has already gone public, that includes updating or pulling the affected posts and sending corrected listings or press materials. This product is sold on those terms, and nothing produced by the platform is professional or legal advice.
Professional qualification required before activation
This legal product is available only to a practicing Texas attorney in good standing. During checkout and onboarding, the subscriber must provide the responsible attorney’s full legal name, firm or practice name, Texas Bar card number, and a certification of current good standing.
Required fields: responsible attorney name, firm name, Texas Bar card number, and good-standing certification.
Good Creative Media may verify credentials through State Bar of Texas public attorney records and Texas DPS Private Security or TOPS license records before activating access. Purchase does not guarantee activation. Access may be declined, paused, canceled, or refunded if credentials cannot be verified or stop being in good standing.
Each credentialed attorney may run up to seven matters per week, unless a written order form says otherwise. Each matter must be a matter where that attorney is the attorney of record, lead attorney, or responsible supervising attorney. Second-chair attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, researchers, and staff may use the software only as allowed by law under that attorney’s direct supervision, and the matter remains that attorney’s responsibility.
A qualified account is not a shared account pool. The subscriber may not let unaffiliated attorneys, private investigators, friends, other firms, or outside matters use the credentialed professional’s access to avoid the correct subscription, seat, or qualification review.
Nothing posts, sends, files, publishes, or distributes until the qualified subscriber approves.
